Checklist for the Application

  1. Attested copy of Agreement between Applicant & Land Owner
  2. Declaration in the form of affidavit before 1st class Magistrate in prescribed format
  3. NOC in the form of affidavit by Landlord in prescribed format
  4. Self-attested copy of updated property tax receipt from Landlord
  5. Attested copies of PAN/EPIC of Applicant & Landlord
  6. Sketch plan duly signed structural engineer & Applicant and endorsed by landlord.
  7. Wind Pressure & structural stability certificate
  8. GST Registration Certificate of the applicant
  9. Location Map of the proposed hoarding
  10. Undertaking regarding non-blacklisted by Govt. Agency in prescribed format.

Application for discontinuation of Advertisement

  1. Receipt of up-to-date payment of Advertisement Fees.
  2. Supporting photographs of the locations which revels the non-existence of Advertisement.
  3. Consent letter from the Land Owner expressing mutual cancellation of the existing agreement, if any.
