A. Step by Step Procedure (applicant)

Step 1

Applicant whose Establishment's Trade License is due for renewal gets an auto generated notification over SMS in their registered mobile number and e-mail in their registered e-Mail ID, 30 days prior to the date of its expiry.

Step 2

Applicant should login with his/her login credentials in e- district portal,

After searching by the registration number the application form will be generated with auto fetched value.

Step 3

Applicant can change his/her mobile number and email id if they want to change the previous one. Other fields will be display only/not editable.

Step 4

Applicant will choose for how many years he/ she wants the renewal of Trade License.

Step 5

After submission of undertaking Application fees and Municipal charge will be auto populated from the database where applicant can make his payment Online.

Step 6

After successful payment certificate will be generated.Applicant can download the Renewal Certificate of Enlistment (Trade License) from his/her own login without any physical touch point.
